The Office for Education Abroad (EA) Business Office is offering a hands-on workshop aimed at familiarizing EA faculty and staff with the Concur system and how to use it to financially plan and prepare for a program. This workshop is intended for all program directors and assistants leading an EA program on-site. 

In the workshop, we will cover:

• Creating a Travel Request
• Requesting a Cash Advance
• How to upload receipts
• Submitting a Travel Expense report (post program)
• Introduction to the University Travel Card, including important university policies impacting international travel
