Travel Information

Lansing Capital City Airport is located approximately five miles from the Michigan State University campus. The airport is served by connecting flights from Detroit (DTW) or Chicago (ORD). If you plan to fly in to Detroit, another possibility is renting a car at Detroit Metropolitan Airport, and driving the seventy-five miles (via I-275 and I-96) to East Lansing. Finally, Amtrak has train service to East Lansing via Chicago.
